It's only appropriate that this jacket be named "The Ruby Pearl" as the quilt was made by Ruby Pearl Morris, who lived 90 long years, from 1902-1992. I wonder how many quilts she made during her 90 years? Who knows!? But what I do know is that I am lucky to have one of them, and the quilt was even signed by her. This beautiful jacket does not have pockets, but where pockets lack, extreme beauty prevails!
